Red Boiling is an interesting little town.... I wasn't aware of the history(click here)around the springs and hotels.

Not a large museum but you can kill a little time there.

We've seen 4 in the past couple of years.... 1 in a tree in our back yard in Dec, one in a tree in our neighbor's field in June, and the pair we saw Saturday. This is a rare treat.

Well, uncle Jr came down Sunday to take a little "homecoming ride" I guess you could say, we began at Moss, Tn. where he lived for awhile as a "yute".

....so he then called his wife Kathi in Joliet and asked her where they got married (not a good move by the way!) As it turns out they got married just across the street in a drug store... the soda jerk was also the JP and married them right there in the drug store. I tried to get a picture with both the courthouse and drug store in the same picture. Turns out we got married just across the street from one another and didn't know it for all these years.

The drug store Jr and Kathi got married in is now an antique store.... we're inside the part where J and K were hitched!
